This advert for the NHS and their ‘Make Smoking History‘ campaign was launched across the Greater manchester area in 2022 with a couple of 10 second cut downs and radio ads aswellThe brief for this was not to scare people into quitting smoking, but to have a no nonsense approach to the importance of quitting. Due to its success, the ad is still ran annually

Virgin Experience Days

Virgin Experience Days were running a TV campaign for Fathers day and produced this fun TV commercial to announce it The brief for this voiceover was to be fun, playful and a little tongue in cheek and there was a version without the Fathers day promo so it could run for longer
Mainline Menswear
Having worked with Mainline Menswear for 3 years now, this advert for the 2023 spring/summer collection was a popular one. The brief was to have a voiceover that was a bit more urban with a gritty feel to it

GSK

This advert for GSK was regarding their awareness campaign for Rotavirus Disease. The voiceover was from the perspective of the father so it had to be impactful and real with a serious feel to it.
Arden University
Ive voiced a few TV Commercials for Arden University over th last couple of years and this is one of the 10 second spots. The brief for these is to add a bit of energy and something motivating to encourage new learners to study at Arden

Go Puff

This is a voiceover Tag for online shopping brand Go Puff.  As with most tag line voiceovers, the goal is to match the energy of the rest of the ad, and in this instance it was to be in a light and friendly tone to match the tongue in cheek humour of the advert

How much does a voiceover cost for a TV Commercial?

TV Commercials run off the number of TVR’s.  So as part of the media plan for the commercial, this figure is usually known as its part of the budget.  You can calculate the fee for the voiceover by going to Usefee.tv and using their calculator

Given the short nature of the ads you can anticipate a swift turnaround time, either within the hour if i’m available but otherwise the same day.

Additional notes

Whilst a brief on the tone you want is enough for me to work with, any supporting material you may have, such as music or visuals, are really helpful as it just allows me to dial in as close as possible to the right tone.  But if these aren’t available its no problem at all.
