Below is a collection of ads with different styles. Whilst traditional adverts run for 10,15,30 or even 60 seconds, the rise in online commercials has seen alot of brands choose to take abit more time to tell a story
NHS Stop Smoking (Gritty)
Amex (Warm, Friendly)
This ad for Amex is 1 of 2 social media adverts they did to advertise their Additional Card Holder benefits. Both convey a warm reassuring feel to them and the voiceover needed to match. You can view the other advert here.
Cartitas Salford. (Real, Emotive)
This powerful animation for Caritas and there ‘Bee There’ campaign had me play the main character who recounted his time being homeless. Its incredible well put together and personally one of my favourite performances. I was proud to be nominated for an award in 2023 for Best Male Voiceover for this piece
Think Neighbour. (Chatty, Playful)
This fun little advert was to highlight the different types of noise that residents need to consider when thinking about their neighbours. The range of loud to quiet and the importance of mic technique were important to get this done in one flowing take
Rugby Super League (Gravelly, Passionate)
This promo is for the 2024 Betfred Super league Grand Final
The plan for this was to create something really impactful and passionate to get the fans ready, and the response for this advert was overwhelmingly positive.
Go Puff (Upbeat, friendly)
This is a voiceover Tag for online shopping brand Go Puff. As with most tag line voiceovers, the goal is to match the energy of the rest of the ad, and in this instance it was to be in a light and friendly tone to match the tongue in cheek humour of the advert
